Any purchases made through Bianc must be returned to the head office within 30 days from date of purchase to qualify for a refund. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.

All customer returns are at the customers expense and must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Bianc box provided.
