Refund policy

We want you to love your jewellery! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges, credit note or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.

• All original packaging, including jewellery boxes and tags, must be included with your return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons
  

• Archive Sale items or any items listed on our Sale page

• Gift cards

How to Request a Return

1. Locate your order confirmation email and select "View Your Order."
2. Click "Return Items."
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for your request.
4. If your return is approved, our Customer Care team will authorise your request and provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging items. All returns must be received in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, and securely packaged in the original Bianc jewellery box provided. Any items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
