Refund policy

 

Any purchases made through Bianc may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, provided they meet our returns criteria.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty.

Archive Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

How to Request a Return

1. Locate your order confirmation email and select "View Your Order."
2. Click "Return Items."
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for your request.
4. If your return is approved, our Customer Care team will authorise your request and provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. All returns must be received in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, and securely packaged in the original Bianc jewellery box provided. Any items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
