All International orders are shipped via EMS

International customers (outside Australia) are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and fees required by their local customs authorities.

International shipments are sent DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid), meaning these costs are not included in your order total. It is your responsibility to cover these fees to receive your package. We cannot provide specific details about these charges, if any. For an estimate, please contact your local customs office.

US SHIPPING

We offer Express Shipping via UPS. All orders incur a flat US$19.99 shipping fee and are typically delivered within 3–6 business days.

Please note that this shipping fee does not include any applicable duties, taxes, or tariffs. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery.

PRE-ORDERS

For pre-orders, the 'DUE TO ARRIVE' date is an estimate and items may be shipped earlier or later than this date. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once the final item is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
